About Me
Materials Engineering student blending physical material properties with mechatronic systems and 10+ years of software architecture experience.
My engineering philosophy is rooted in my passion for astronomy and space exploration. Building systems that can survive extreme environments requires a deep understanding of not just the software that drives them, but the physical limitations of the materials they are made from.
Before focusing entirely on materials engineering, I spent over a decade pushing the limits of the Roblox game engine as a developer (under the alias StarryBit). That extensive background in software architecture, custom physics controllers, and object-oriented programming gives me a massive advantage in mechatronics: I don't just understand the hardware, I know exactly how to write the efficient, scalable code required to control it.
Currently, I am expanding my skills in Finite Element Analysis (FEA), embedded C++ programming, and rapid mechanical prototyping. I'm actively seeking opportunities where I can apply my combined knowledge of materials science and robotic systems to solve complex hardware problems.
